Flowers were Huvy’s middle name! Not a day went by when she didn’t mention her affinity for flowers and nature at least once, and her artwork captured this love on countless occasions. Whenever she received a bouquet, she would make sure to paint it before it wilted, etching the color and beauty into her mind and heart. This painting is a rendition of one of the many bouquets that graced the antique mahogany table in her dining room, where Huvy often sat, dreamed, drew and painted.
